What we collect

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which calculators get used and how visitors navigate the site. GA4 automatically collects standard analytics data: pages viewed, time spent on a page, the site or search engine that referred you, your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), and general device and browser information (type, screen size, operating system).

This site does not currently display advertising. When it does, Google and its advertising partners will use cookies and similar technology to serve those ads and measure their performance. Depending on a visitor's settings and location, that can include using data about their visits to this and other sites to personalize which ads they see. See “Third-party services” and “Cookies” below for what that will involve and how to opt out.

Beyond analytics and advertising, no personal information is collected. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms on this site that collect data — the contact page is a plain mailto link, so anything you send is a normal email, not something stored or processed by this site.

How it's used

Analytics data is used only to understand traffic patterns — which calculators are popular, whether pages are working as intended, and where to focus effort. It is not shared with the advertising side of Google's services, used to personalize ads, or sold to anyone.

When this site does display ads, advertising cookies will be a separate matter from the analytics above — used by Google to decide which ads to show and to measure whether they're working, not by this site directly, and never combined with the analytics data described here.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analytics, described above. Google's own privacy policy governs how it handles GA4 data: policies.google.com/privacy.

This site does not currently display advertising. When it does, Google will serve it, and the same Google privacy policy above will govern that data too. Google's advertising products use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to a site and other websites — a practice sometimes called interest-based or personalized advertising. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies don't identify you personally — they're used only for the aggregated analytics described above.

No advertising cookies are set today, since this site doesn't currently display ads. When it does, Google's advertising products will set a separate set of third-party cookies, used to serve ads and to personalize which ads you see based on your browsing activity across sites, not just this one. This site won't set those cookies itself and won't see the data behind them — Google and its advertising partners will handle both.

Opting out

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking in a few ways:

• –Install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• –Block or delete analytics cookies in your browser's privacy settings
• –Use a browser extension or built-in tracker/ad blocker, most of which block GA4 by default

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google separately:

• –Turn off ad personalization in Google's Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
• –Opt out of participating ad networks generally, not just Google's, at aboutads.info/choices

This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, since there's no industry-standard way to honor them consistently — the opt-out methods above are the reliable way to control analytics and advertising separately.
